Leading Global Manufacturer Expands Camstar Platform's Manufacturing Execution with Quality Management
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (October 7, 2009) - Camstar, the leading provider of Enterprise Platform solutions to Advance Product Quality, today announced that the latest deployment of its Quality Management solution was completed in 12 weeks from start to finish, returning unprecedented time-to-value relative to competitive solutions in the industry. The deployment occurred at one of Camstar's global manufacturing customers, which expanded its Camstar ManufacturingTM (Manufacturing Execution System) solution through the addition of Camstar QualityTM, creating a closed-loop learning environment for continuous improvement.
Camstar Quality replaces the manufacturer's current mix of paper-based and semi-automated quality systems at their primary factory.
